Show Bags

By sponsoring the show bags, you are getting your company name and message in the hands of every attendee. Bags can include your company logo, booth number,
and a promotional message. You’ll also be included on our sponsor thank you pages as the Official Show Bag Sponsor. Add a show bag insert for even more exposure. 3,500 bags and inserts supplied by sponsor.

Materials Submission

Send or bring with you 3,500 show bags to the Amarillo Civic Center at the address below clearly marked with your company name and the package's contents as noted below. Bags can be as large as you'd like made from whatever material you prefer but should be minimum 12" x 15" x 3" in order to hold the show program and other inserts.

Please note: If you are shipping the package, it MUST arrive on December 2, 2024 - not before and not after.
