I-40 eastbound to Exit #70. Merge onto northbound US287/87. Merge onto Buchanan.

From Amarillo US-287 North
US 87/287 southbound to Downtown interchange. Merge onto Pierce Street. Turn left (east) on 4th Street. 4th Street ends at The Amarillo Civic Center.

From Amarillo I-27 South
I-27 northbound to Downtown interchange. Merge onto Buchanan.
