Below is a link to the full Exhibitor Manual for Amarillo Farm & Ranch Show 2025. Please review all the information in the manual to help your show go smoothly.

PLEASE NOTE: New for 2025, the show will close at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4. This is one hour earlier than we closed on Thursday last year. It is imperative that you remain in your booth and that your booth remain fully assembled until show close. 

Digital Booth Technology

We have upgraded our digital booth technology to make it easier for you to upload your company information on the digital floor plan and easier for our attendees to access that information on Farmfest.com. Show Schedule

October 17       Show Program Orders Due
October 24       Deadline to update your company listing; instructions on page 4.
October 24       Deadline to order custom marketing pieces
October 24       Show program ad art due
October 24       Insurance certificate due to IDEAg Group, LLC
October 31       Deadline to reserve discounted hotel rate at Embassy Suites
November 10   Begin accepting shipments at the Advanced Warehouse
November 20   CDS Deadline for the Discounted Advance Order Rates
November 24   Deadline to accept shipments at the Advanced Warehouse
November 30   Exhibitor move-in begins. 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. by appointment only. Contact Taylor Anderson to arrange move-in time. Phone: 507-829-1065

December 1     Shipments to the Amarillo Civic Center will be accepted. Shipments will NOT be accepted prior to this date. Shipping information is on pages 19-20.

December 1     Exhibitor move-in: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
December 2     Exhibitor move-in: 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. (no forklift service) Please reserve this time for booth touch-ups ONLY.

Dec. 2 – Dec. 4   Show Days

• Tuesday, December 3 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, December 4 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday, December 5 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

December 4     Move-out Begins at 3:00 p.m.
December 4     Entire Amarillo Civic Center must be cleared by midnight!
