PLEASE NOTE: New for 2026, the Amarillo Farm & Ranch Show is working with a new decorator. Furnishing orders and other services will go through Veal Convention Services this year. See your Exhibitor Manual for additional information.

October 23 Show program ad art due
October 23 Insurance certificate due to IDEAg Group, LLC
October 29 Deadline to reserve discounted hotel rate at Embassy Suites
November 9 Begin accepting shipments at the Advanced Warehouse
November 13 Veal Convention Services Deadline for the Discounted Advance Order Rates
November 20 Deadline to accept shipments at the Advanced Warehouse
November 29 Exhibitor move-in begins. 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. by appointment only. Contact Taylor Anderson to arrange move-in time. Phone: 507-829-1065
November 30 Shipments to the Amarillo Civic Center will be accepted. Shipments will NOT be accepted prior to this date.
November 30 Exhibitor move-in: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
December 1 Exhibitor move-in: 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. (no forklift service) Please reserve this time for booth touch-ups ONLY.
Dec. 1 – Dec. 3 Show Days
- Tuesday, December 3 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, December 4 - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, December 5 - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
December 3 Move-out Begins at 3:00 p.m.
December 3 Entire Amarillo Civic Center must be cleared by midnight!
